Founded in 2019, our family-owned, award-winning duo of Jason Gordon and Ashley Simmons decided to take their successful momentum in St.Pete's hospitality scene to the next level by venturing on their own and embodying the entrepreneurial spirit of St. Pete. With Jason's extraordinary culinary talent and Ashley's extensive career in managing and leading bar operations, the two found a match made in hospitality heaven. Fast forward to today where they have created a family with two beautiful girls and just recently welcomed a new baby boy to picture.

Ashley and Jason tout the title of 1st Place Winners of Top Local Chef 2019 for both judge's and people's choice awards. They have also successfully taken 1st place in the Florida Food and Brews Festival. Chef Jason Gordon's culinary resume includes recognition from The Big Catch at Salt Creek as Executive Chef and General Manager, St. Pete Foodies, Fishmonger Approved, and ABC Action News.
